Motel Policies
Reservation Policies:
Valid Credit Card Details Required to make a booking both on the phone and online. The card will be charged 100% at the time of booking on the website.

Guests can cancel 3 days prior to arrival for full refund.

Cancellation after 3 days is non-refundable, all cancellations must be in writing. Please refer to our motel check-in/checkout/cancellation policies page for full terms & and conditions.

Cancellation due to weather
A guest is not entitled to a refund due to poor weather, a business cannot be held responsible for external environmental conditions outside its control such as:
heavy rain.
We highly encourage checking the weather forecast prior to your upcoming booking date!
If weather is predicted to impact your booking, you are able to cancel or contact us to reschedule, prior to the closure of your booking's cancelation window.

All credit card payments on the phone & at the reception are subject to a credit card bank fee 2.5%.
​
We apply a surcharge to payments made using credit card and contactless cards which is in line with our cost of acceptance. We do not surcharge non-contactless debit cards, Eftpos and cash.

Security Bond / Credit Card Charge:
A Valid Form of photo I.D. and credit card will be required at the time of check in. An additional $150 security bond will be charged upon arrival.

Once a charge has been made, we cannot release, remove or lower the charged amount, until we process the final account on departure.
The security bond will be refunded upon departure unless used at the motel discretion to cover incidental items such as (but not limited to):
Room service, mini bar, breakfast charges, dinner charges & restaurants chargeback
Any breakages or damage / smoking in room damage incurred during your stay.
Any excessive cleaning charges, above the normal level of cleaning due to the room being left in an unacceptable state. Additional full cleaning services requested more than once a day.
FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED: MASTERCARD, VISA, DEBIT CARD, CASH, & DIRECT CREDIT
We reserve the right to reject bookings, evict and / or remove guests who cannot provide enough bond to cover potential damage / charges.

Guests who damage property or breaking our policies will be blacklisted from Anchorage and we may choose to involve / notify the police if guests do not cooperate and vacate the premises when requested by the motel employees in a courteous manner. No refund will be given and further charge may apply.

No parties, loud disturbances or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on our premises. All noise complaints which resulted in compensation to guests disturbed will be charged to the guest room (1 night accommodation) whose noise caused the complaint.
​
The registered guest name is the person responsible for the motel room and its contents for the period of registration. The registered guest will be liable for damages caused by third parties, including but not limited to visiting friends; regardless of whether the registered guest is present or not at the time the damage occurs.

Non-arrival
Non-arrival guests, who are unable to attend or fail to attend for whatever reason forfeit the full amount of the booking, unless cancelled in accordance with the timeframes above.

In the rare event we need to cancel your booking with us, please be aware that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control and that our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made.

This is a requirement for the motel to accept your booking.
